Course description: This course was designed to assist the license holder to be prepared to work with FSBOs. By completing this class, the license holder will be well versed in the “One Time Listing Agreement" aka Registration Agreement Between Broker and Owner. Moreover, the license holder will know when to use the form, and why the form should be used. Course Relevance: By dissecting each paragraph 1-9 of the Registration Agreement Between Broker and Owner, the license holder will understand the importance of its use when dealing with FSBOs. In addition, the license holder will learn, the definition of property, agency positions, sale and lease provisions, Broker fees (not from the sales contract), and other important addenda and notices.
