Do I need my camera on during a class?
Per TREC rules, our monitors must be able to see you throughout the course presentation for you to get your CE credits.
Will I be able to talk during the class?
To ensure high-quality audio during the presentation, everyone will be muted. However, you can use the Alt-A keys or hold the space bar down to make a comment.
When will I receive my credit for a class?
It is our goal to report credit to TREC within 3 business days after the class.
How will I be Credentialed?
We will credential all students during class. You will need to have a government-issued photo ID ready to hold up to your computer
camera when we credential you.
Are there any post-class requirements?
We will be sending out a course and instructor evaluation form via a constant contact survey email after the class. Please fill it out. We pay attention to this survey and if you have any suggestions that can better enhance our education delivery while still staying compliant with TREC we will make the changes.
How Can I Confirm I Got Credit?
Within three days your CE credit should be posted. Go to TREC’s website and search for your RE license number. You will then need to scroll down to the bottom where all your education is posted. You should be able to see the credit for the class you attended given by Vortex CE.
