Course description: This course is designed to teach the license holders when and how to use the Leased Fixture addendum. This course overviews all the paragraphs within the form while defining what a leased fixture is and how assuming a lease may affect the sale of the property. Course Relevance: By understanding the fixture addendum, license holders will be equipped to explain how and when to use this form more effectively to their consumers. In addition, license holders will understand the importance of gathering all the lease information from the seller and the buyer prior to entering a contract.
