Course description: This course was designed to understand the proper way to fill in an IABS, know the importance of using the buyer representation agreement, and to dissect each paragraph of the form. In addition, teaching the license holder to feel confident to explain to their consumer the overall benefit to both parties. Course Relevancy: This course will provide the real estate license holder with the essential skills, training, and understanding to help them succeed as a buyer's representative. This course is also designed to give the license holder the confidence, and knowledge to answer consumer questions and navigate them through the form successfully.
